Professor Kai Kaikyo from Waseda University held a lecture on “Prevention and Criminal Responsibility of Negligent Danger” in November 5th, 2016. The lecture which was hosted by Professor Liu Yanhong, and translated by associate Professor Liu Jianli, were packed.
After the lecture, Professor Liu Yanhong, Professor Ouyang Benqi and other teachers in criminal law team in SEU took pictures with Professor Kai Kaikyo and Akio Shimizu. This activity has showed that the academic exchange between our school with Waseda University was normalized, which was very important for internationalization construction.
